Environmental Portfolio Manager for Future Industrial Systems for  Increment 2

This portfolio is introducing new technologies, new lines… for future industrial systems. 

The Mission:

• Manage Environmental Portfolio for future industrial system

• Define strategy to reach SA  & WB target in 2030

• Improve methods, process & tools to assess environmental impacts for industrial system

Key activities and responsibilities:

• Provide environmental assessment for projects in G2 (qualitative assessment) within the IEP (Industrial Evolution Plan Portfolio

• Based on the previous identification, define the strategy of the Environmental Cluster to reach Increment 2 (2030 target for SA & WB)

• Provide environmental assessment for projects from G3 to G5 (quantitative assessment)

• Ensure that impact of this portfolio is taken into account by the High5&43; Local Environmental Leaders (Governance to be defined)

• Improve Methodology to assess environmental impacts

• Define Flight Path & manage budget to reach program target (increment 2)

Key interfaces:

• Ho Program SA & WB to negotiate the target & the prioritization of the portfolio & definition of the strategy to reach increment 2

• Ho Operational Excellence OE to negotiate the budget to improve methodology, to assess environmental impacts & to deploy solutions with less environmental impacts (around 5 of CAPEX)

• Industrial architects to define the trade, definition of the baseline for environmental assessments & update tools such as SICL to capitalize the environmental assessment done in a dedicated line

• The Indus Domain Leaders to define the FoM &  target per program

• The Local Environmental Leader to cascade the environmental impacts of the IEP Portfolio

• Industrial Eco Design Leader to ensure that R&T methodology & IEP methodology are still converging

• Industrial data Manager to ensure that data quality is in line with the ME data requirements.
