We are seeking an F135 Repair SIOP Manager to establish and manage an effective SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) framework for the repair of F135 afterspanet components. In this role, you will create a data-driven planning and reporting structure that enhances operational efficiency and drives results.

The Repair Manager is a hybrid role to be based out of either our Windsor Locks or Oklahoma City location.

What You Will Do

  • Lead forecasting and materials planning processes to support network of F135 repair
  • Develop and maintain centralized tracking tools/database for material forecast and consumption
  • Ownership of strategic efforts including prioritization of repairs and stock level maintenance of critical material across all repair sites
  • Develop and maintain business performance metrics package to track overall performance of F135 repairs
  • Review opportunities to drive down cost of repairs
  • Selected candidate has the opportunity to design and implement improvements of data management and reporting utilizing large data sets
  • Utilize data analysis, trends, program intelligence, and engineering efforts to drive long term planning and proposal efforts
  • Engage directly with Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, and the F135 Joint Program Office Leadership in developing Full Depot capability including the establishment of international depot locations and implementation of new repairs
  • Minimal travel; possibly 2x/year

What You Will Learn

  • Gain hands-on experience in leading forecasting and materials planning processes to support the F135 repair network, enhancing your ability to manage complex logistics.
  • Develop and maintain centralized tracking tools and databases for material forecasting and consumption, honing your skills in data management and analytics.
  • Learn how to develop and maintain a business performance metrics package that tracks and evaluates the overall performance of F135 repairs, giving you insight into operational efficiency.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience 
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract ​

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
