We are currently recruiting for an FP&A Lead to join our busy team in Veresegyhaz, where you will be able to provide financial planning, analysis and reporting for Corporate and GE Aviation Hungary.
*Please note* - We do offer hybrid working for this role (2 days from home), however it is essential to work full time on-site during the probation period while undertaking training and development.Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the business cycle- 1 year plan, budget and forecasts at each level of the organization.
- Define KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization.
- Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of a discipline.
- Uses prior experience and acquired expertise to execute functional policy/strategy.
- Individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills.
- Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
- Provides informal guidance to new team members.
- Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.
- Impacts projects, processes and procedures in own field.
- The role operates with some autonomy, but is focused on execution of activities/provision of advice within an enabling discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures.
- Utilizes technical expertise and judgement to solve problems.
- Leverage technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree.
- Demonstrable levels of finance experience.
- Financial modeling skills. Experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and ability to work cross functionally.
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Strong Financial and Accounting knowledge.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Very good command of English and Hungarian (spoken and written).
- Strong Interpersonal skills.
- Proficient use of financial systems and analysis tools including Microsoft Office (e.g, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- SAP knowledge is required.
- Strong IT knowledge
