Facilities Business Operations Lead

$75,000.00-$88,000.00/ YR

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the seamless functioning of facilities, while representing ATF requirements with government agencies and stakeholders.
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations at the ATF HQ, ensuring smooth facility management and operational efficiency.
- Plan and execute supply chain, facilities management, property accountability, and reporting processes.
- Represent ATF in coordinating facilities requirements with GSA and other Federal, State, and Local agencies.
- Manage ATF assets and asset information in the Sunflower system, ensuring accurate records and compliance with asset management protocols.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; OR 5 years of logistics/facilities experience (8 years without a degree).
- Experience:
- Expertise in logistics, property management, facility maintenance, and daily operations within mid-to-large federal government offices.
- Prior experience with the Department of Justice (DOJ) Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) or similar government organizations.
- Clearance Requirements:
- Active ATF Suitability.
- Eligibility to obtain DOJ Suitability prior to starting work.
- Additional Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act).
