Aircraft maintenance and refurbishment facility seeking a highly motivated individual to coach, lead and inspire our team to maintain positive interactions, efficient processes, and produce increased performance at our Coldwater MI location. This position would be responsible for scheduling and managing projects across the service, parts, paint, and interior departments. Interact directly with customers to build long-term, repeat business. An individual with at least five years of people and task management experience would be the best fit for this position, previous service manager or paint shop management experience extremely helpful. A pilot’s license or experience with private aircraft is highly preferred. This opportunity provides a long-term position with tons of growth potential and income potential. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an effective, efficient and cohesive team
- Maintain positive interactions with customers
- Daily morning team huddles to coordinate current and upcoming jobs
- Follows all pre-established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency of work
- Create order specific work orders to ensure each job is completed to customer specifications in the designated time
- Document project progression with photographs and video for customer updates and marketing use
- Manage and calculate performance based payroll to all team members twice monthly
- Coach and audit team members to maintain a clean and safe work area
Job Requirements:
- Ability to coach and inspire an upbeat productive team.
- Ability to work in a multi departmentalized, team oriented work environment
- Ability to work a regular weekly schedule, Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm, in Coldwater MI.
- Occasional after hours or week end work requirements, typically 5 hours or less monthly
- Previous customer service and/or sales management experience
- Previous experience with Lightspeed NXT or EVO very helpful
- Interest or previous experience with private aircraft preferred!
Compensation:
- Payroll $6,000-$10,000 per month or more! Performance-based pay plan with no ceiling on earnings.

Experience:
- Service Manager: 3 years (Preferred)
