Tasks
As HR Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinating: on boarding, performance evaluation, soft skills training, development and administration, disciplinary and law personnel management
- Supervising the job description process
- Supervising and performing recruiting to grant the personnel needs
- Supervising time keeping, personnel administration and personnel contract and provide guidance
- Supervising payroll flow from and to the external labour consultant
- Negotiate Unions Agreements in cooperation with Managing Director
- Reporting to senior management by analysing data and using HR metrics
- Supervising and granting Medical Visit (pre-employment, periodical, etc)
- Supervising and grant LHT system management
- Serving as point of contact for GDPR internal LHT Lawyer
Requirements
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field is required (Labor Law, Economic)
- Proficiency in English and Italian is required
- At least 3 years of experience in HR business partner role or equivalent
- Must possess permit to work in Italy
