Job Description SummaryThe Project Manager plays a critical role in planning, executing, and overseeing projects from conception to completion. They are responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications and coordinates the efforts of cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
This role will manage projects for Workforce Experience & Insights in the APAC region. The person in this role will partner closely with local HR operation leaders to support the wing-to-wing aspects of transformation projects, from discovery and planning to build and execution. This role requires excellent problem solving, strong analytical and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently and cross-functionally at all levels of the business.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from business case design through deployment

  • Collaborate and partner closely with cross-functional initiative leads to ensure successful realization of the project objectives
  • Communicate project status, key activities, risks, and interconnections
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity and provide solutions
  • Develop presentation materials for project-related discussions as well as senior leadership reviews for transformation initiatives, plans, and project statuses

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Master’s degree from accredited university relevant to Human resources
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management
