Job Description:

Tasks

Ensure highest safety, compliance and quality standards while driving innovation and fostering a culture of excellence across the team
Develop and enhance our Safety & Quality Management System.
Conduct audits, manage risks, and ensure airworthiness standards.
Safeguard the integrity and reliability of the airlines maintenance and engineering functions
Inspire and empower a dedicated team of ~ 5-7 professionals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

A Master’s in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in aviation quality & safety management or equivalent experience.
Deep knowledge of IOSA/EASA regulations.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Fluent in English; Dutch/French is a plus
