Position Summary

With limited supervision, develops, manages, coordinates, and administers HR programs across the span of HR areas.

Responsibilities

  • Interfaces with functional and operational leaders on openings;
  • Reviews resumes and creates candidate pools;
  •  Develops interview and selection process; 
  • Creates recommendations for offers; 
  • Partners with functional and operational leaders to complete performance management and talent management cycle; 
  • Ensures consistent application of practices;
  • Develop and administer local training; 
  • Work with managers to identify best utilization of corporate sponsored training; 
  • Ensure managers and employees complete development plans; 
  • Address complex and varied questions and concerns by managers and employees; 
  • Responsible for employee relations;
  • Administer the annual merit process; 
  • Address questions on compensation and benefits;
  • Conduct reporting and analytics, as needed; 
  • Supervise team members. 
  • Assign and prioritize team member tasks

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Education: University Degree(or international equivalent)
  • Minimum Experience 4 to 6+ Years
