Position Summary
With limited supervision, develops, manages, coordinates, and administers HR programs across the span of HR areas.
Responsibilities
- Interfaces with functional and operational leaders on openings;
- Reviews resumes and creates candidate pools;
- Develops interview and selection process;
- Creates recommendations for offers;
- Partners with functional and operational leaders to complete performance management and talent management cycle;
- Ensures consistent application of practices;
- Develop and administer local training;
- Work with managers to identify best utilization of corporate sponsored training;
- Ensure managers and employees complete development plans;
- Address complex and varied questions and concerns by managers and employees;
- Responsible for employee relations;
- Administer the annual merit process;
- Address questions on compensation and benefits;
- Conduct reporting and analytics, as needed;
- Supervise team members.
- Assign and prioritize team member tasks

- Education: University Degree(or international equivalent)
- Minimum Experience 4 to 6+ Years
