Job Description SummaryThe Hybrid Electric Program Manager is a commercial business leader role responsible for providing the cross functional leadership needed to deliver the overall business results. The program manager develops relationships with customers to understand their immediate needs, road maps and strategies, and develops and maintains the business case. They are responsible for revenue, margin, cash, product delivery and performance with customer and accountable for functional, business, and broad company objectives. The program manager will provide customer facing leadership as well as strong cross-functional leadership in a matrix environment.Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop cost and schedule planning estimates in support of internal and external customer
- Coordinate and integrate technology needs with other interfacing organizations
- Provide product and technology planning support to assure alignment to business strategies
- Responsible for financial performance for development and demonstrator programs
- Manage development programs from the concept stage through prototype and demonstrator production and delivery
- Interface with internal and external customers to develop product / systems strategies to align with road map / vision
- Determine the need for development of new or modified products and services and manage their development
- Forecast production demand and coordinate with supply chain to align supply to fulfill customer requirements
- Coordinate functional support activities to customer requirements and satisfy business goals
- Maintain communication and coordination with external customers
- Lead overall proposal approaches and manage proposal activities
Qualifications / Requirements
Desired Characteristics
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related business degree
Experience managing hardware deliveries
Strong customer and contracts experience
Strong oral and written communications skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external organization
Assertive and visible leadership style

Strong conflict resolution skills strong business and financial acumen
