Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the development, leadership, and training of program managers and project engineers.
- Monitor metrics and take action to ensure performance to delivery, quality, and service expectations.
- Own and lead the development of company standards and best practice method of program management.
- Maintain an active and positive communication / working relationship with the Director of Programs and Director of Engineering & Operations.
- Ensure that quality policy and systems not only meet customer and applicable government and certifying agency standards, but also help drive continuous improvement of products and services.
- Works closely with HR, Finance, IT, Contracts, Quality and Purchasing to ensure responsive business actions are taken to support programs and business development
- Work closely with Portfolio Directors to ensure execution of programs on time and on budget
- Manage talent resources, identify gaps and project staffing profile for entire business
Required Qualifications
The base pay range for this position is $175,000.00 - $290,000.00 Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 02/29/2024.
