As an ISC Production Supervisor here atHoneywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing theday-to-day production operations. You will be responsible for ensuring thatproduction targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safetyprotocols are followed. Your leadership and expertise will contribute to thesuccess and efficiency of our manufacturing processes. You will report directlyto our Production Manager and youll work out of our Olathe location. In thisrole, you will impact production processes, improve operational efficiency,ensure on-time delivery of products, and maintain a safe working environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise and coordinate productionactivities to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocolsand ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor production processes andidentify areas for improvement to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
• Train and develop production teammembers to enhance their skills and performance.

YOU MUST HAVE
• Proven experience in productionsupervision or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of productionprocesses and quality control.
• Excellent leadership and communicationskills.
• Ability to analyze data and makedata-driven decisions.
