As a change manager, we want to create a corporate culture that inspires and connects. As part of your assignment, you will therefore work in the exciting areas of communication, change management and cultural development.

  • Support in the conception and creative co-design of employee formats
  • Collaboration in employee satisfaction projects, e.g. New Work, international onboarding
  • Insights into the work of change management
  • Creation of routine communication formats, such as newsletters etc.
  • Operational activities in the area of event management
  • Regular exchange with the international locations

Requirements

To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester at the time of the internship. 

  • Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelors and Masters degree program (gap year)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Initial experience in the field of communication and cultural development
  • Practical experience in the conception of communication formats and project management desirable
  • High level of comprehension and organizational talent, even with a variety of topics
  • Independent, structured and meticulous way of working with a hands-on mentality
  • Analytical and conceptual skills
  • Empathy and strong communication skills with various stakeholders
