As an intern in the Customer Information Management team, you will play a key role in ensuring that Lufthansa Group Airlines customers are always provided with the relevant information.
Tasks:
- Assist in the preparation, validation and distribution of content for customer communication
- Support in the internal information management of new product and service updates via an internal newsletter and a central info hub
- Support in the editing of the Lufthansa Group Airlines websites
- Independent execution of small projects in the area of internal communication

Requirements

- Studies in the field of spaneting, communication or media sciences
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelors and Masters degree program (Gap Year)
- Passion for customer communication
- Strong communication skills and excellent copywriting skills
- Quick comprehension and willingness to learn
- Independent and structured way of working
- Very good English and German skills
- Office 365 especially Sharepoint
- Familiar with CMS (Content Management System)
