• Support in the maintenance and further development of the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Creating and updating training content and uploading it to the LMS
• Carrying out tests for quality assurance of new functions
• Supporting the documentation of processes and workflows
• Collaboration with internal departments and suppliers for troubleshooting
• Participation in: Work meetings, workshops

• You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
• Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and in case of mandatory internship a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelors and Masters degree program (Gap Year)
• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
• Initiative, ability to work in a team and flexibility
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication skills in German and English
• Basic knowledge of learning management systems or e-learning platforms is an advantage
