Do you love the atmosphere at the airport and have always wondered how all these procedures and processes interact? The main tasks of the internship will give you a better understanding:
- You implement new passenger processes in cooperation with our stakeholders, e.g: Product Management, Revenue Management and IT
- You define and document LHG Ground Ops processes worldwide
- You plan, support and monitor test runs on site, e.g. hand baggage test runs
- You communicate with the decision makers in Ground Operations
- You carry out process analyses of passenger handling in order to identify optimization potentials
- You create management reports
- You take on smaller projects

Requirements
You bring the following points with you in full:
- You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application)
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English
- You can use the MS Office programs very well
- You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
