Tasks
As part of a highly motivated team, you will come into contact with all Lufthansa Group airlines and engine maintenance. You will support our Senior Engine Type Engineers in their tasks and can take on some of the following tasks:
- Accompany the entire overhaul of an engine
- Support in the preparation of engine replacement planning
- Assistance with economic feasibility studies
- Assistance with the creation of board templates
- Support the introduction of new engine types into Group Engine Management
- Insights into the maintenance of different types of aircraft engines

Requirements
To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester at the time of the internship.
- You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
- Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelors and Masters degree program (Gap Year)
- Interest in engine technology and enjoyment of technical products and contexts
- Mechanical engineering or economics background desired
- MS Office skills, especially Excel
