Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Taiwan and Korea Program Manager within the Taiwan and Korea Patriot portfolio of programs, reporting to the Taiwan and Korea Programs Associate Director. You will be responsible for the successful execution of current contracts and proposal management for new business opportunities, aligning to the strategy for Taiwan and Korea end users, respectively.
This portfolio includes a mix of Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) type contracts. You will be expected to drive execution while promoting company values and compliance to all policies, directives, and procedures. You will also be responsible and accountable for the business metrics and performance within the scope chartered. This includes weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on AOP, EAC and EVMS metrics as well as establishing recovery plans as needed. You will utilize the IPDS process, especially for Gate 4 (proposal submission), Gate 5 (start-up) and Gate 11 (closeout). You will ensure compliance with all external customer reporting requirements from a program management standpoint and ensure cross-functional alignment with the Product Line and Functional areas as well as support meetings, requests, and visits with the Customer on both the FMS and DCS contracts as required.
What You Will Do
- Coordination and development of Gate reviews (primarily Gates 4, 5 and 11)
- Accountable for AOP forecast inputs on programs managed, including quarterly EACs
- Responsible for driving sustained improvements across critical business metrics such as AOP, EACs, Risk & Opportunity, and EVMS
- Develop and implement execution strategy for programs managed
- Communicate and present information to senior leadership
- Work closely with the broader Program Team on the development of processes and CORE projects
- Collaborate with Patriot Product Line on proposal development and task execution
- Management customer requests with key internal stakeholders in support of timely responses
- Support meetings with key customer stakeholders from USG and end-users as required.
- Ability to support business travel up to once a quarter (OCONUS and CONUS as required).
- Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed

Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 5 years of experience is required
- Experience with EVMS on a program or experience as a CAM
- Experience with generating and presenting EACs
- Experience with proposal activites
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience working with external Customers (USG, FMS partners, end-users, etc.)
- Experience with the Patriot product line
- PM Certified Level 6 or 5 (or equivalent)
- Import/ Export knowledge and/or experience in licensing processes
- Knowledge navigating established organizations and working with stakeholders across the company to develop solutions for program challenges

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
