Role Overview
The Facilities Coach ensures that our manufacturing premises are fully operational, maintained, and clean. This on-site role involves leveraging technical expertise to maintain facility operations, solve problems, and guide new team members. Your work will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities- Ensure that manufacturing premises are fully operational, maintained, and clean, excluding tasks for gardeners and caterers.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines to effectively execute policies and strategies.
- Utilize an understanding of key business drivers to achieve work objectives and integrate team efforts with other departments.
- Apply judgment and prior experience to propose solutions outside set parameters, with guidance.
- Solve straightforward tasks using on-the-job training and technical skills.
- Provide informal guidance to new team members and potentially act as an early-stage people leader.
The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong technical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities and experience in facility maintenance are key for success in this role.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, OR a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of related experience.
