Lean Leader is key enabler of Lean Transformation happening both on shop floor and in the transactional world. He/she is driving problem solving, value stream mapping (both transactional and in manufacturing) and is leading implementation of daily management and lean principles in order to control and improve the way we work. Lean leader motivates the broader team to embrace lean principles and use lean tools. He/she listens to those closest to the work so what we can be continuously improving as a company. There is a small lean team that will grow, but the position is mostly about inspiring much broader teams from supply chain, engineering, quality, finance, and suppliers to deliver value to both customer, shareholder, and employee.
