Job Description:

Tasks

  • Continuously monitor, review and optimize logistics concepts according to contractual KPIs, improve both internal and external (Customer Performance Report) KPI’s. Create and improve KPI reports for quality assurance of internal processes, customer and supplier performance
  • Plan, analysis and validate logistics costs, working towards cost transparency and reduction / analysis shipments relevant to specific performance parameters and initiate corrective actions
  • Coordinate with product sales to provide the rate request for new business quotations in cooperation with the transport concept team in EMEA
  • Cooperating with Logistics System Designers in EMEA for worldwide network design and optimization focusing on regional requirements

 

* Participate in other duties as assigned

Requirements

The ideal Logistics Solution Manager (Components) should meet the following requirements:

  • University degree, preferably in Engineering, Business or equivalent
  • Relevant professional experience in a customer relations/client servicing role
  • At least 3 - 5 years logistics control working experience in the aviation MRO business or equivalent experience is advantage
  • Excellent customer service skills with customer-oriented attitude, & a strong ability to build close relationships with customers
  • Like working with people, solving problems, & developing yourself by being challenged in your day-to-day work
  • Excellent spoken & written English language
  • Able to travel to Germany and extensively within Asia
