Maintenance Fleet Manager

Purpose:

The Aviation Fleet Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and control of maintenance activities for assigned aircraft. This includes managing records, AOG situations, and ensuring seamless collaboration with scheduling, service centers, and vendors. The role requires adherence to company values, budget management, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Aircraft Records & Maintenance Planning: Keep aircraft records and logbooks up to date. Plan maintenance events to align with company goals and minimize downtime.
• Maintenance Coordination & AOG Management: Manage all aspects of AOG events, from vendor selection to work progress, ensuring quick return-to-service. Oversee major events like engine removals.
• Scheduling & Operations: Work with scheduling and operations to minimize flight disruptions during maintenance. Maintain fleet reliability.
• Communication & Cost Management: Serve as the liaison between operations, owners, and maintenance teams. Manage costs, downtime, and schedules, and participate in weekly Maintenance Planning Meetings.
• Tracking & Reporting: Monitor deferrals, labor hours, and parts supply. Ensure FAA compliance throughout the maintenance process.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Create and manage annual maintenance budgets, ensuring accurate financial tracking and forecasting.
• Other Duties: Provide turnover reports and assist with additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Maintenance (DOM). Occasional evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license required.

Aircraft Fleet: Citation 750, Citation 680, Citation 560XL, Citation 525, Citation 510, Phenom 300, Pilatus PC-12 etc.

Work Environment: Shift: 8am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday
