We’re looking for a dynamic Manager Application Management to drive the strategic evolution of our Maintenance & Engineering (M&E) applications, enhance efficiency, and lead our digital transformation journey.

Your Mission

• Develop IT strategies for M&E systems like AMOS, eTLB,  flydocs and Aviatar, ensuring seamless integration with business goals and Lufthansa Group initiatives.
• Oversee daily operations and troubleshoot IT systems to enhance performance and drive automation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Handle an annual IT budget of approximately 1.5M including tracking and managing the costs,
• Steering of a team of ~ 5 people

What You Bring

• Master’s in IT, engineering, or equivalent experience, with experience in application or maintenance management.
• Strong knowledge of MRO systems like AMOS and digital tools in aviation.
• Proven leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
• Fluent in English;Dutch/French is a plus.
