Position Title: Manager IT Digital Booking
Position Summary:
The Manager IT Digital Booking leads a team of curious and data-driven product and project crewmembers. A leader within the wider IT department, building relationships, and devising, socializing, and implementing a strategy on Company and team goals is paramount. As the primary steward of a product that drives a material amount of revenue to the Company, the Manager must be excited for a public facing role.
The Digital Booking team leads our product and design efforts behind our booking flow – one of the primary revenue sources for JetBlue. As a critical team, you work across commercial teams and with our Customers directly to design and develop a world class booking experience. The team is part of the Digital Commerce organization focusing on delivering thoughtful experiences for our Customers from booking to payment.
Essential Responsibilities:

- Leads, coaches and develops a team of crewmembers focused on modern Product and Project management principles.
- Function as the point of contact for all strategic and tactical solutions for the Digital Booking product.
- Responsible for establishing, tracking and improving key product metrics and KPI/OKRs for the portfolio of products in their purview.
- Manage partnerships to develop and deliver a Product strategy for the Digital Booking and other relevant applications.
- Manage the commercial relationships where Digital Booking drives direct and indirect impact.
- Responsible for developing, maintaining and reporting a financial and resource plan for their area of responsibility.
- Act as the escalation point for operational support to assigned portfolio applications with around the clock accessibility.
- Partner with Strategic Sourcing organization to negotiate Business Partner contracts and service level agreements which align with business unit’s requirements and expectations.
- Ensure that JetBlue IT and business standards and procedures are maintained in accordance with company, audit, security and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure continued accountability for product and services delivery within assigned business units and across IT.
- Partner with other IT Managers to ensure alignment and drive efficiencies.
- Take a significant role in the development of crewmembers to support their engagement, growth, and goal achievement.
