Our custom engineered heat transfer solutions are used in a variety of configurations to cool, heat, and dehumidify air streams for process and building comfort. Job Responsibilities
- Analyze material and program reports to understand issues and create action plans
- Manage capacity planning tool (Preactor) to support shop floor execution
- Schedule, release, and manage work order release
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the planners
- Create and maintain special reports
- Interface with production and engineering to understand and resolve issues
- Enforce company and department policies and procedures
- Monitor metrics and take action as appropriate
- Actively involved in program closure activities
- Communicate and clarify departmental goals and metrics
- Responsible for ensuring monthly budgets are not exceeded, takes action to realign to plan if budgets are exceeded
- Support, communicate and defend the mission, values and culture of the company
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering or equivalent experience A minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in high technology, aerospace or defense
- Demonstrated knowledge of production planning management tools and procedures
- Demonstrated management skills, particularly “influence management” and “conflict resolution”
- Strong internal customer interface skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Demonstrated success in managing manpower planning, program reviews, scheduling and budget control
- Must have a successful track record in managing complex aerospace/defense production planning activities
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
