How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) This position will lead the day-to-day back-office functions of the Delta Care & Scholarship Funds, including: application process, Care Fund coordinator / case worker team, researching applicant data and trends, driving technology enhancements and process improvements.Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks):Develop and manage the DCSF application process and work with HRIS to implement technology enhancements for the application processLead a team of Care Fund application coordinators/(contracted) case workers for the Funds providing guidance on how to handle unique/complex circumstances with confidentialityTrack and analyze Care Fund applicant data to recommend and drive improved processes, guidelines, and technologyWork closely with the grant committee to present and recommend applicants for funding on a weekly basisWork closely with the General Manager, DCSF on the multi-year fundraising campaign, providing donor data trends and analysis Other projects and tasks based on business needs.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Work experience in non-profit sector, philanthropy or related fieldLeadership experience managing case workers or customer support specialists Demonstrated capability to develop, manage, and report multi-fund budgets.Professional interpersonal and communication skills (listening, interpersonal, oral, public speaking and written).Effective writing, editing and proofreading skills.Strong planning and implementation skills; ability to research and organize information and manage multiple competing assignments and responsibilities.A high degree of professionalism, confidence and flexibility. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), website management and the ability to effectively utilize proprietary software.Ability to develop and maintain a good working relationship with DCSF staff and Board, members, Delta leaders, and professional colleagues. Ability to interact with management at all levels and build effective working relationshipsAbility to handle confidential and sensitive informationAbility to exercise sound judgement in ambiguous circumstancesComfortable working autonomously in an ambiguous environmentResults oriented and capable of meeting deadlines with attention to detail, accuracy and follow-throughConsistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
