Jeppesen is looking for a Manager of Project Managers for our Digital Solutions & Analytics implementation Project Management Office based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
About the position
The Digital Solutions & Analytics implementation department is responsible for the configuration and delivery of our Crew and Operations management products that ensure airlines all over the world can optimize their crew members work schedules and aircraft utilization. This is an opportunity to be part of a highly skilled international team of specialists that solve some of the most challenging optimization problems in the world, value diversity and learn from each other. For each implementation project we set up a team of 5 to 10 employees that work together to fulfil the client’s specific crew or aircraft planning needs to make sure they can go live with the product and receive value.
As a Manager you will:
have line responsibility for 3-10 project managers
grow people and teams through coaching, mentoring, and feedback
actively work with recruiting and onboarding to grow and establish the team
be an active member of our Implementation leadership team
drive and contribute to the department’s strategic goals and continuous improvements
take project director responsibilities for a selection of implementation projects, being responsible for the delivery goals, quality and client relationship
collaborate with other parts of the organization to grow our business
depending on experience, this role may involve additional responsibilities as a program manager.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Possesses an MSc or BSc degree, or equivalent educational level
Holds several years of experience as a Project Manager
Ability to speak and write English fluently
Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):
Has experience in Airline Crew Management and Jeppesen Crew product customization
Demonstrates excellent communication skills
Exhibits a strong drive and the ability to deliver on promises
Experience in a people management position
Relocation: This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
