What YOU Will Do:
- Participate in proposal reviews and brief management on risks and mitigation strategies for Terms and Conditions
- Review and assess the acceptability of contractual terms, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and business ethics
- Lead contract negotiations and manage ongoing contracts
- Coordinate inputs from various teams to structure contracts and ensure compliance with all requirements
- Provide contract status updates and support to program managers and management teams
- Close out contracts following applicable procedures at the end of all activities
- Communicate contract information promptly and maintain accurate contract files
- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external customers on contractual matters, resolving issues efficiently
- Work independently with significant latitude for decision-making on most assignments

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Ability to interpret, write and negotiate contractual agreements
- Post-award hands-on contract management experience with a mix of government and commercial contracting
- Able to understand and resolve contract and pricing issues
- Able to advise and interact with all levels of management
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Working knowledge of government/defense procurement policy and contracting principles

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
