What Will You Be Doing?
This position is responsible for overseeing customer loyalty – owning the communication and marketing across all channels for Frontier Airlines loyalty, co-brand and paid membership programs. Additionally, the position will serve as the day-to-day contact with internal stakeholders advocating for resources and gaining alignment to ensure prioritization of the overall program. This position will be responsible for increasing revenue from loyalty offerings per the direction of the Senior Manager, Loyalty & Co-Brand.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for the strategy, tactics, and implementation of the Frontier Airlines Discount Den fare club, FRONTIER Miles, co-brand credit cards and GoWild flight pass programs with the aim to grow enrollment and increase customer retention
- Develop, recommend and implement marketing plans in various channels (direct mail, email, insert production, statement messaging, airport signage, internet, social media and the in-flight channel) that acquire new customers and build awareness around the loyalty programs products
- Work with key stakeholders across the business (eComm; IT and Customer Care; Pricing and Revenue Management; Promotions; Email; Loyalty Operations; and Customer Intelligence) to define, design and deliver initiatives that drive awareness of the programs value proposition and benefits
- Lead and develop a strong team of coordinators that support the growth of the co-brand products and are adept at delivering insights
- Build consumer and competitive research to better understand the drivers of customer loyalty; build enhancements to the existing program; and build new concepts to maintain competitive advantage and deliver high customer loyalty
- Ensure each campaign has the proper controls in place for accurate measurement and analysis; presenting key results and recommendations to build on success and optimize future campaigns
- Help to standardize the Loyalty programs operating procedures through documentation, cataloging, and process management
- Serve as a point-of-contact for internal and external business partners, having a firm understanding of the core program performance metrics and initiatives
- Create a culture of constant testing, analysis, and learning to discover new and innovative ways to grow revenue, initiate program effectiveness and bring a great loyalty experience to members
- Design impactful creative briefs for loyalty marketing initiatives that highlight the projects purpose, objectives, message hierarchies, target audience and deadlines.
- Works with the Customer Intelligence team to prepare a variety of departmental reporting/presentation materials as well as gathering and summarizing information from various sources as requested
- Work with internal teams to create a promotional calendar
- Complete and/or manage assigned special projects
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in marketing, account management and/or communications
- 1-2 years of managing a team across different locations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and manage marketing projects, production schedules, and promotional events, while consistently meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
- Entrepreneurial spirit, a demonstrated sense of urgency and a results-oriented approach
- Must have good attention to detail for copy proofing/editing
- Exceptional presentation and oral communication skills
- Exceptional writing and copy-editing skills
- Advanced skill level using Excel for data manipulation and analysis
- Has an understanding or interest in learning HTML coding
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments, partners and staff
- Ability to manage multiple contractors/trainers
- Strong corporate vendor development and relationship building skills
- Ability to travel 40 of time
- Knowledge of airline and credit card marketing, as well as frequent flyer program rules and procedures is preferred
