THE WORK

As the Production Scheduling and Material Control Manager, you’ll lead the planning, preparation, and issuance of production schedules to guarantee an efficient flow of approved materials aligned with Sikorsky’s production goals. You’ll oversee coordination across teams to meet precise production requirements, managing every detail from equipment and personnel needs to material availability and production pacing.

You’re a detail-oriented and proactive leader, skilled in managing production schedules and materials to ensure smooth production flow. You bring experience in employee recruitment, training, and performance management and have a keen ability to foresee and address potential challenges, ensuring personnel, equipment, materials, and services are in place as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience with SAP / Solumina
Experience with hourly workforce
Strong interpersonal skills
4+ years of relevant experience
Desired Skills:
Previous experience in aerospace
Previous Sikorsky experience
Experience with union

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
