Description:The Program Manger (PM) will be responsible for supporting the MK21 Arming and Fuzing Assembly (AFA) Refurbishment Program in all cost, schedule, technical implementation, and interface on a regular basis with functional stakeholders and the Line of Business.
Preferred Candidate must have established, thorough knowledge with the workings of the AFA as well as each of its internal sub components. Previous troubleshooting and testing experience is a must.
Candidate must have understanding of proposed upcoming 5 year contract and its contribution and support to the SRP portfolio. It is desirable that candidate be familiar with existing Air Force Program Office personnel for efficient transitioning and follow through.
This position requires in person work at Valley Forge PA
Some travel will be required.
Security Clearance a must.
Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across and between multiple engineering and organization functions
• Experience with Agile EVM (AEVMS) processes and practices
• Experience with or on multi-disciplinary teams
• Previous program management experience
• Strong leadership skills as evidenced by previous roles with significant leadership or management responsibility in a direct or acting role.
Desired Skills:
• Experience overseeing contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
• Experience with mission area and domain knowledge
• Previous functional management experience either in a direct or acting role
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
