• The J830 Final Assembly Systems Checkout team is a critical part of Lockheed Martins production process.
• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing operations to meet production goals efficiently.
• Works closely with union and other teams to ensure seamless production.

• Manage and coordinate the production process, ensuring efficiency and goal attainment.
• Provide leadership and problem-solving to drive production success.
• Ensure on-time, within-budget, high-quality production to support team and enterprise success.
• Bring value to Lockheed Martin by ensuring production milestones are met and contributing to long-term success.
• On day one, bring strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Apply a solid understanding of production management principles in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize technology to manage and monitor production processes.
• Learn Lockheed Martins specific production processes and quality control standards on the job.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with professional manufacturing/productions methodologies.
• Experience using tools, machines, &/or systems typically used in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with business metrics to drive performance (cost, schedule, quality).
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel).
Desired Skills:
• Working knowledge of Manufacturing Systems including, PDM, MRP, SFM, and EWI.
• Previous development experience.
•Project Management Experience
Working Knowledge of Crew Plans
• Forecasting manpower.
• Excellent communication skills.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
