HBS is hiring a New Install BusinessGrowth Leader for the US will workwith the vertical market sales leaders to drive growth in the new projectsbusiness. He/she will be the primaryinterface between Sales and the Services LOB. This position will work fully remote (preferably located in EST zone).
The New Install Business Growth Leader - USA reportsdirectly into the US HEAD of HBS Sales and is responsible for ensuringattainment of order targets and sales efficiency outcomes (sales results vssales costs), building best in class sales programs, leveraging gold standardprocesses and improved speed to execute flawlessly across all Verticals to accelerategrowth. This strategic role partners closely with Vertical Sales Leaders andteams to effectively support the delivery of the service STRAP and AOPcommitments. Additionally, this role liaises with the Regional Services GMs,and carries the Pole Services number while focused on the install base anddriving contracts, spot, etc.
Reporting to this role will be resources whouniquely identify, manage, and close large projects for HBS. This includes the MaxOutcome Team (2), andthe Construction Ecosystem team consisting of 1 Sales leader and 8 AccountManagers.
Travel Expectations: 30, 1-2 trips quarterly, includingovernight travel
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement best-practice sales processes for Services business
- Lead new offering implementation across sales team for key strategic growth endeavors (Forge, remote services, etc.)
- Owns the Project Business Forecast.Holds Vertical Teams accountable to quality projections.
- Primary interface to Project GMs developing regional strategies and programs
- Collaborate with the Strategic Sales team ensuring focus maturing opportunities.
- Utilize outcome driven analytics to optimize salesforce deployment
- Drive sales productivity and resource profile required to deliver sales plans with Vertical Sales Leaders
- Creates and executes programs to drive pipeline and orders for the Projects business
- Assess teams sales activities and common operations cadence to promote sales progress and performance accountability.
- Drive a positive and transformative mindset focus.
- Think "Empire Builder" and "Problem Solver".
- Core member of the North America Sales Leadership team
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum of 7 years experience in Sales, Marketing and/or General Management
- Minimum of 3 years experience in managing people
- Strong history of Sales process management
- Accustomed to running a highly structured team cadence
- Strong personal discipline and able to hold others to the same standards
- Comfortable in professionally challenging others in indirect roles
- Strong, confident, well-prepared communicator
- Valid Drivers License
