OnsiteThis position will coordinate and manage multiple New Product Introduction (NPI) programs to ensure a flawless launch through development to entry into service. Will directly interface with the supply base, Supply Chain Commodity Managers, Supplier Quality, Supplier Development, Engineering, Contracts/Legal, and the Value Stream. This position is a project management role including a combination of strategic and tactical responsibilities.
What You Will Do:
- Value Stream supply chain focal
- Manage Supply Chain NPI responsibilities from target capture through entry into service
- Lead NPI Sourcing Review Board for source selection
- Submit RFQ’s, procure products from approved sources, PO Management, and ensure on-time deliveries to support NPI customer schedules
- Negotiate price, lead-time, and mitigations to support new development schedules
- Manage and track bill of materials to achieve cost and schedule targets.
- Responsible for supplier relationship
- Review and submit design drawing packages to suppliers
- Initiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Statement of Work (SOW) to potential suppliers
- Engage early supplier involvement with design teams
Qualifications You Must Have:
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Operations or related field from an accredited institution
- Proficient in MS Office skills
- Experience working in a cross-functional team, such as including members from operations/production, technical/engineering groups, finance departments, etc.
- Detail oriented with ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to define problems, to collect data, to establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
- Experience in the aerospace industry
- Project coordination / management experience
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management/Procurement practices
- Self-directed professional able to work without direct guidance
- Certification or in process of attaining C.P.M. (ISM) or CPIM (APICS) or Project Management Professional (PMI)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
