OCM Lead - Remote
Job Description:
This is a fully remote position.

The Enterprise Workforce Planning & Intelligence (eWFPi) initiative under the program aims to standardize and enhance workforce planning capabilities across the company. However, achieving this goal has faced significant challenges, including:
  • Incomplete Implementation: eWFP/Vemo is not fully implemented across all business areas. Only the Space business area has fully adopted all three eWFP components.
  • Ineffective Past OCM Efforts: Previous OCM initiatives did not establish institutionalized awareness of workforce planning's importance.
  • Disparate OCM Plans: Business areas (BAs) have developed individual OCM plans that were either not executed or ineffective in driving adoption and enablement.
  • Myths and Misinformation: Lack of unified communications and messaging has led to the proliferation of myths across the enterprise.
Scope Description:

The scope of this engagement includes providing full-time Organizational Change Management (OCM) leadership and support for the company enterprise-wide workforce planning initiative as part of the 1LMX program. The focus will be on strategy development, execution, and adoption activities to ensure the successful implementation of the Workforce Planning Center of Excellence (COE). This effort encompasses driving the adoption of common tools and processes across all business areas and supporting stakeholders throughout the transformation.

  • Developing and executing an enterprise-level OCM strategy that integrates with current and planned efforts across all business areas.
  • Conducting change impact and stakeholder analyses to tailor engagement and communications.
  • Managing role mapping, survey creation, deployment, and analysis to ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Designing and delivering tailored training programs informed by stakeholder feedback and survey results.
  • Crafting unified communications to address existing myths and misinformation, ensuring consistent messaging.
  • Preparing executive-level presentations and communication materials to secure alignment and support.
  • Preparing & executing a themed go-live aligned with May the 4th.
  • Facilitating team meetings and ensuring alignment across business areas, including Space and other divisions.
  • Incorporating agile methodologies into OCM practices to adapt to evolving needs.
  • Providing hyper-care support to the Enterprise Workforce Planning & Intelligence team to ensure a seamless transition from OCM lead/execution to long-term sustainment.
The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience; be adept at functioning in a fast-paced environment; comfortable with ambiguity; flexible in responding to changing circumstances and priorities in a positive, focused, and timely manner; strong in relationship-building and fostering collaboration; developing creative solutions; clearly articulating and communicating technical topics to non-technical audiences; exceptional writing and editing skills; ability to take command of projects and quickly and efficiently driving them to completion; and ability to create and build a product brand/identity.
