We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Defense and Space Repair Logistics Project Manager to lead our operational excellence initiatives and drive process improvements in key supply chain functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming and improving rigor and operational excellence, while enhancing customer experience and ensuring efficient project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the assessment, strategy creation, and execution plan for transforming and improving rigor and operational excellence in key supply chain functions.
- Coach and develop team members, leaders, and staff through operational excellence principles and drive process improvement using lean tools and methodologies.
- Conduct regular executive communication updates on the status of the transformation, escalations, and support required.
- Support cross-functional teams in developing and following their standard work, fostering a culture of system, process, and behavior discipline to achieve results using lean principles.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and lead and manage operational excellence initiatives to drive process improvements and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational gaps and develop solutions to address them.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer experience team.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of operational excellence initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress of operational excellence initiatives.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Proven experience in project management, operational excellence, and supply chain functions
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, SAP Applications or equivalent business systems

- Familiarity with good documentation control systems and filing systems is an added advantage.
