This position will perform duties as a Security Operations Manager in the Special Access Program environment. Selected candidate will manage multiple functional areas to include Operations Security, Security Education, Physical Security, Personnel Security, Access Control and Document Control. Selected Candidate will be responsible for employee recruitment and training, performance management, work assignments, and recognition/disciplinary actions etc. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Develops, implements and recommends modifications to operating policies for F-35 activities.
Other duties will include, but are not limited to: Enforce all DoN/USMC, local security procedures and practices, DoD Manual 5205.07 Vol 1-4, ICD 705, assist in self inspections and prepare for customer inspections; assist in security inquiries; assist in providing training and scheduling of
vault hours and coverage in specified squadrons or Operational Training Center (OTC), and additional
duties as required/assigned.
The incumbent may be required to work 1st or 2nd shift and a non-standard work schedule to support mission requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
1. Secret security clearance with investigation date or CV date within 5 years.
2. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top
Secret security/SCI clearance if and when local mission requirements dictate.
3. Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Programs (SAP) accesses.
4. Experience providing Security Support in a SAP Environment
5. Outstanding written and verbal communicative skills.
6. In-depth knowledge of DoD Manual 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, DoD Manual 5200.01 Volumes 1-3, and ICD 705
Desired Skills:
1. Prior management experience
2. Knowledge of F-35 Program Security
3. Experience as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) or a Program Security Officer (PSO)
4. Experience working in a military environment
5. TS/SCI security experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
