Provide comprehensive program management for the Boeing Sikorsky Aircraft Support (BSAS) Joint Venture in the sustainment of the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment rotary wing maintenance and flight publications effort. Manages the Technical Data Integration Cell (TDIC). Report to the Technical Data Manager. Interface and coordinate between user community, Technology Application Program Office (TAPO), ARSOAC Aviation Maintenance Directorate (AAMD), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), and other contractors and vendors.
Responsibilities: (Not all encompassing)
- Oversee the daily workflow of the Technical Data Integration Cell
- Monitor and track all verification events and provide status reports to the Technical Data Manager and TAPO Publications Program Manager
- Prepare and manage a Publications Special Distribution List for each platform supported
- Prepare monthly reports
- Inventory and back up all technical data monthly
- Conduct bi-weekly internal sync meetings
- May require limited domestic travel
Specific Skill Requirements
- 5 years of Special Operations Aviation (SOA) experience is highly desired
- Experience in SOA maintenance and flight publication sustainment preferred
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the SOA Publications Tracking and Management System preferred
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to build relationships within the team dynamic
- Must be detail oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently with little supervision
- Must have excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, and Adobe Acrobat
- Possess at least a Secret or ability to obtain an Interim Secret Security clearance
