Aerotek is currently seeking an experienced P145 Repair Station Manager for our clients regional airport in State College, PA! This position is a direct-hire opportunity!
This position is a great opportunity for experienced A&P maintenance candidates seeking to move into a supervisory role and have a passion for leading and teaching other maintenance technicians!
Job Description:
- Supervise all Repair Station operations
- Direct and oversee annual, scheduled, and non-scheduled aircraft inspections, repair, and maintenance
- Ensure quality assurance; review, revise, and monitor compliance with the Repair Station Manual
- Assess training needs; confirm certifications
- Manage fleet reliability
- Monitor maintenance and repair work for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
- Ensure equipment and tools are properly calibrated
- Address deficiencies; identify and recommend equipment upgrades; document and maintain records
Qualifications:
- A&P Mechanic certification.
- Experience in airport management.
- Previous leadership/supervisory experience
- Experience with Part 145 repair stations.
