What YOU will do:
As a Payroll Supervisor you will oversee and lead the processing of Weekly and Bi-Weekly payrolls at our Mobile Aerospace Engineering business unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Payroll processes, compliance, customer service, a proactive approach to system enhancements, and the ability to teach others.
What YOU need:
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years equivalent experience in Payroll.
- CPP or FCP certifications are a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills a must.
- Proficiency in Payroll platforms (e.g., Paylocity-preferred, SAP, , ADP, Ceridian) and advanced skills in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Attention to detail and strong ability to enter data with accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Experience leveraging technology to enhance productivity
- Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
