Position Summary
We are looking for a Plant Manager who is driving the key initiatives “0-Accident Philosophy” and is the legally responsible person for the site.
Develops and manages all operational core processes in his area of responsibility with the focus on safety, people, capacity and technology in accordance with the Division strategy. Will manage productivity with strong focus on continuous improvements of technology. She/he will report to the Division Operations manager.
The position is based in Adro (Italy).

Your responsibilities
- Implementing/supporting daily focus on safety
- Professional and disciplinary management of all subordinate departments according to the current organization chart.
- Setting objectives and their implementation by subordinate areas.
- Monitoring and improving the cost efficient and quality-oriented production of products.
- Assisting in the implementation of the Parker Lean System in the current and future value chains.
- Implementation and fostering of the business unit procedures in the Quality Manual.
- Takes responsibility in the SNOP process to balance customer demands and capacity.
- Maintaining and developing the customer relationship in terms of products manufactured in the area of responsibility and clarification on site in case of complaints or customer queries.
- Supports customer audits/system audits and adapting his organization to new quality standards.
- Responsible for the achievement of KPIs in his area of responsibility (Safety, DNE, DSI, WIP, CPR, productivity, quality, growth).
Who we are looking for
- Mechanical / Production Engineering degree or similar
- Relevant professional leadership experience of 5+ years
- Several years of experience with rubber/plastic manufacturing processes
- Leadership skills
- Lean management knowledge
Ideally, you will also have
- Financial knowledge to read and understand a P&L
- Communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer orientation
- Fluent in English
