What youll do
  • Oversee and manage multiple cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery of transformation initiatives
  • Act as a change agent within the organization, developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, thinking and ways of working
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IT leaders, business partners, and team members across the company
  • Positively influence stakeholders on the transformation strategy by managing expectations, resolving conflicts and ensuring alignment to the transformation goals
  • Work closely with senior leadership to define the transformation roadmap, aligning with overall business strategy and objectives
  • Utilize effective change management to minimize resistance, maximize adoption, and generate support of new processes, technologies, and strategies across the organization
  • Maintain effective communication channels that allow for a supportive feedback process
  • Manages dependencies and helps prioritize work accordingly
  • Tracks benefits and manages risks at the program level
  • Acts as an escalation point for project risks and issues

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
  • 5 years of applied work experience in program/project management
  • 5 years of applied work experience in leading Agile teams

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​7 years of applied work experience in program/project management
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale transformation projects across different functional areas
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Expertise in agile methodologies such as scrum, kanban, lean, including practical experience in applying these frameworks
  • A proactive mindset, continually seeking opportunities to improve processes and outcomes
  • Demonstrated familiarity with agile product management tools such as Aha!, Azure DevOps or related tools

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Relevant certifications in Agile methodologies and project management disciplines
  • Broad technical acumen including team collaboration, consultative selling, problem solving and critical thinking
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working collaboratively with various levels of management and internal teams to resolve demanding tasks
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment, take initiative, and grasp concepts quickly
  • Excellent knowledge of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
