Product Manager Global Airfreight (m/f/diverse)

Job Description:

Tasks

Define, communicate and execute an aligned product vision, strategy and spaneting
Manage product profitability, quality, and roadmap
Analyze spanet trends, customer needs and competitors abilities and execute actions for improvements
Collaborate with international stakeholders for continuous product development and increased revenue generation
Continuously improve door-to-door airfreight processes and systems based on a stringent KPIs metric
Drive Standardization, digitization and innovation
Monitor performance, gather stakeholder feedback and make data-driven decisions in support of Network teams and BUs
Implement Data Driven Tradelane concepts together with the Network Team
Shape an efficient, high-performing global airfreight organization with relevant stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor degree with 5 years of experience, Master degree with 3 years, or extensive relevant work experience
Freight forwarding and product management expertise
Strong conceptional, organizational, analytical and communication skills
Self-motivated with ability to influence and work in a matrix setup
Proven ability to data-driven decision making
Excellent verbal and written English and German skills
Business Travel required
