Tasks

This position supports a global industry scope and may be filled from other time:matters entities. A valid work permit is required.

  • Define, communicate and execute an aligned product vision and strategy including spaneting the product
  • Manage product profitability, quality, and roadmap globally
  • Analyze spanet trends, customer needs and competitors abilities and derive/execute actions for improvement
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders for continuous product development and revenue generation
  • Continuously improve door to door product processes and systems based on a stringent KPIs metric
  • Drive Standardization, digitalization and innovation
  • Monitor performance, gather stakeholder feedback, and make data-driven decisions in support of Network and Customer Service teams
  • Shape an efficient, high-performing rail&orad organization together with our Business Units and Regions
  • Transormation into a CO2 free door to door product

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with 5 years of experience, Master degree with 3 years, or extensive relevant work experience.
  • Professional background in logistics is required 
  • Freight forwarding and product management expertise
  • Strong conceptional, organizational, analytical and communication skills 
  • Self-motivated with strong ability to influence and work in a matrix setup
  • Proven ability to data-driven decision making
  • Excellent verbal and written English and German skills
  • Business Travel required
