Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
- Strategically develop the assigned products in alignment with the overall strategy of Lufthansa Technik in the Americas
- Define the overall guidelines around the product, incl. product features, calculation premises, business plan template. Train and assist Product Sales and Account Management in offering the product to the customer
- Develop new product features and create go-to-spanet strategy in alignment with regional and global sales organizations
- Drive digitalization of assigned product/portfolio
- Support ongoing sales projects by finding ad-hoc solutions for any product-specific needs that may come up during the tender process
- Align and share best practices with other product managers across all regions

Requirements
The ideal Product Manager must fulfill the following requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree desirable
- 2 years of experience in product management and/or product development required
- 3 years of experience in aviation and/or aviation maintenance sector desirable
- Fluency in English language required
- German language desirable
- MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint as expert
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize different product development ideas
- Highly effective cross-functional team management
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Responsible of budget: costs and revenue
- Willingness to travel
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Manage constant time pressure
- Manage high stress levels
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
