Job Description

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end B2B and B2C group level spaneting activity on behalf of ACS and group sister companies within the Mountfitchet Group in the UK and overseas spanets.

Duties will include but are not limited too:

• The day to day spaneting contact to ACS/group sister companies business units for allocated products/sub-brands
• Work alongside the internal business units to develop the spaneting strategy, plan and assets in accordance with the business priorities
• Manage and co-ordinate the end-to-end development and delivery of allocated product/sub-brand group level spaneting activity in the UK and overseas spanets from spaneting brief, planning, and delivery through to performance reporting
• Accountable for owning and writing spaneting briefs and briefing the wider spaneting team to develop the content/assets for spaneting activity as required
• Work with the wider spaneting team to deliver spaneting activity to specified deadlines
• Responsible for updating the Head of Marketing and stakeholders on the status for allocated B2B and B2C spaneting activity or projects
• Ownership of associated campaign performance reports and presentations
• Present associated spaneting plans and performance reports to senior teams as required
• Brand custodian - work with the wider spaneting team and business units to ensure consistent messaging, content, and creative are on brand and appropriate to the audience and channel
• Keep in touch with new trends, bring in new ideas and keep an eye on any future spaneting initiatives

Qualifications

• 5 + years spaneting experience in a mid-senior level spaneting role
• Excellent knowledge of the full spaneting mix for online and offline channels, associated KPIs, and reports
• Proven experience in writing spaneting briefs and the management of end to end spaneting activity delivery processes
• General project management skills
• A passion for spaneting and of the role it plays in the overall customer experience/journey
• Proficient user of excel, word, and PowerPoint
• Willingness to learn and try new things - new ideas are welcome
• Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to senior management
• Collaborator who works well as part of a team
