Summary:
Oversee contract execution, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Serves as the primary point of contact for customers, facilitates interdepartmental coordination, and manages program milestones from inception to completion.
Manage contract execution, ensuring compliance with Statement of Work (SOW) and customer requirements.
Act as the primary customer liaison, addressing inquiries and facilitating strong client relationships.
Coordinate across engineering, certification, and supply chain teams to maintain project cohesion.
Oversee prototype and technical contracts of moderate value, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline.
6+ years of aerospace and aircraft interiors industry experience.
Strong knowledge of technical requirements, certification processes, and contract management.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with project management, budgeting, and reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, accounting, database, and project management software.
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex documents, technical data, and financial reports.
Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality, providing regular status updates to leadership.
Lead contractual coordination, milestone meetings, and change order processes within approved thresholds.
Support post-delivery activities and resolution of project-related issues.
Negotiate revised delivery dates, costs, and contract parameters as necessary.
Oversee Modification Center activities and schedules to align with project needs.
Promote team cohesion, problem-solving, and process improvements for efficient project execution.
Desired Skills:
Experience managing prototype engineering and integration projects.
Ability to apply logical and scientific thinking to complex problem-solving.
Strong negotiation skills to adjust contract terms, schedules, and costs.
