What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications):• 6-8 years of relevant work experience• Experience in creation and design, or management of products, projects, or technology systems• Ability to communicate clearly to business leaders and technical developers• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and understanding of industry and business trends, and openness to capture and share this knowledge with members of the team• Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, multi-task capable, and have a demonstrated ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment• Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles• Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority• High School diploma, GED or High School Equivalency.WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS)• Prior experience as an Agile Product Manager or Owner role delivering B2B products, with a focus on NDC implementation• Experience articulating a strategic vision with a plan of action to achieve major goals• Knowledge of Agile development principles, product vision and roadmaps, business and technical story writing, and track record of successful launches of MVP products on time and on budget• High-level knowledge of travel related industry segments (airlines, hotels, travel agencies), with an emphasis on NDC• Demonstrates strong analytical and computer skills, sound organizational and planning skills• Demonstrates proven ability to make sound business decisions
