Description:You will be the Program Manager for the Long-Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM) program team. Our team is responsible for delivering cutting-edge technology to the warfighter, driving explosive growth, and expanding across multiple platforms.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading complimentary contracts aligned to development, platform integration, and production, and driving the delivery of LRASMs new capabilities with a focus on cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
•Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with the USN, USAF, other customers, program functional leads, and other MFC program areas
•Integrating cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and operations to ensure contract baseline performance
•Collaborating with the customer and program team to shape requirements, coordinate proposals, establish business plans, and negotiate new contracts
•Leading and managing multiple contracts to meet program objectives

Basic Qualifications:
Experience as a Project lead, Cost Account Management (CAM), Principal Investigator, or subcontract manager or demonstrated ability to lead a project start to finish within a defined cost and schedule.
Proven aptitude to maintain excellent customer relationships
Experience as a Cost Account Manager
Experience with risk and opportunity management
Experience in proposal management process
Ability to multi-task and coordinate / manage multiple contracts/projects simultaneously
Cross functional team management
Strong written and verbal communications skills with track record of presenting to internal and external customers
Demonstrated self-starter who can take imitative and work independently with minimal direction and oversight
Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance as well as a Special Access Program clearance.
Desired Skills:
Experience with USN and USAF customer
Experience writing and statements of work and drafting Integrated Master Plans (IMPs), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
Knowledge of program and financial measurements (orders, sales, EBIT and cash)
Knowledge of DoD contract types (CPFF, FFP, CPIF, etc.)
Knowledge and/or experience with missile systems
Experience with working with major suppliers with significant program scope
Strong organizational skills

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
