Job Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (mechanical, chemical, or aerospace preferred), Operations Management, Finance, or Business; Will also consider 8 years of professional experience in manufacturing or aerospace, in lieu of degree.
- 5 years of program management and/or aerospace leadership, either military or industry.
- Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations and/or program requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership and team building skills to include fostering collaborative and positive cultures, formal and informal influencing skills, and team empowerment and motivation expertise
- Problem solving skills and knowledge of program management tools and procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience working inside an SSA organization
- Ability to obtain Department of Defense Security Clearance
Compensation Data
Compensation Range: $120,720.00 - $150,900.00
